These were amazing when I was trying to break in a new pair of boots! They stick well and are surprisingly thin. Despite how thin they are, they provide a lot of comfort and protection. Looking forward to using them on long hikes! hoping that someday they come in rectangles! Great product would recommend.
Unfortunately these didn’t fully work for me. I have tried them as I break in sneakers on the back of my heel. They didn’t fully stay on, and would bunch up. I believe they worked for the first hour or so before I was out in the heat. I do feel like I have sweaty feet, so this could just be me.

This is SUCH a great idea. I bought new shoes for a trip to Europe and hoped these would help me avoid that awkward breaking-in period while I walking and biking around for most of our time and they did. No blisters for me!
I love these so much. I have a pair of sandals that always blister me so bad and I used some of this in the areas that are usually irritated and they stayed on all day and it didn't even feel like I had anything on. I would 100% recommend these. I carry some around in my bag now just in case!
The texture of the tape is like velvet, so soft and comfortable. The colour blends in with your skin and most importantly it stays put on your heel and prevents ANY chaffing, even in heels.
