Return Eligibility: 

Items eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Return Process: 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blistape.com within the specified return window. Provide your order number, reason for return, and details about the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if applicable. 

Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error on our part. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

Refund or Exchange: 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange based on the condition of the product and the reason for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to product availability. 

Defective or Damaged Items: 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We may request photos or evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the resolution process. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.
