Blister prevention tape creates a protective barrier between the skin and the surface causing friction, such as shoes or socks. This reduces the rubbing effect and helps prevent blisters from forming.

Clean and dry the area where you want to apply the tape. Carefully apply it to the skin, smoothing out any wrinkles or air bubbles and rubbing the tape from the centre outwards to the edges for approximately 20 seconds. Make sure the edges are well-sealed to prevent the tape from peeling off. Apply 10 minutes before wearing footwear for best use.

Yes, blister prevention tape can be used in conjunction with other methods such as wearing moisture-wicking socks, and choosing proper footwear to further reduce the risk of blisters. We do not recommend using it with lubricants or gels.

If you get Blistape wet while in use, simply allow it to dry and press on any edges that may be peeling. Once dried, tape should reapply to skin and last for remainder of usage.

The duration depends on factors like activity level and sweating. In general, Blistape can stay on for a couple hours or up to 24 depending on the need.

Blistape is designed to be use before blisters happen as a preventative measure, not as a medical treatment for blisters.
